2、ffiliatedtoRenminUniversityofChina,andpledgethefollowingterms:1.对被监护人在中国学习期间负全面责任；监督该生不从事来华学习目的以外的活动并遵守中国的法律；代表被监护人承担在中国法庭及其他法律机构为其争取权益的职责。Iwilltakefullresponsibilityforthestudentduringhis/herstudyinChina.Iwillsupervisethestudenttoensurethathe/shewilln

3、otengageinanyactivitiesnotrelatedtohis/heracademicpursuitinChina,andthathe/shewillabidebythelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.IwilltaketheresponsibilityofrepresentingthestudentattheChinesecourtoranyotherorgansoflawforhis/herrightsandinterests.2.督促该生努力学习

4、并遵守学校的各项规章制度；负责与被监护人所在学校保持密切联系，就学业和生活上的问题代表被监护人在校的权益。Iwillurgethestudenttostudyhardandobservetheschoolrulesandregulations.Iwillkeepclosecontactswiththeschool,andberesponsibleforrepresentingthestudentforhis/herrightsandinterestsatschool,inregardtohis/he

5、rstudyingandschoollife.3.负责为被监护人办理在中国的合法居留手续，签证或居留许可到期前，负责办理延期手续。Iwillberesponsibletohelpthestudentwithhis/herVisaandResidencePermitforhis/herstayinChina,andtoassistinextendinghis/herVisaandResidencePermitbeforetheexpirationdate.4.负责为被监护人安排在中国学习期间的住所和校

6、外生活，并保证被监护人的安全；对于住校学生，负责其周末或节假日期间的学习、生活及人身安全，并保证周日晚或节假日结束前一天晚上按时将学生送回学校；负责妥善保管被监护人的财物和重要证件。Iwillprovidelodgingandmakeappropriatearrangementsforthestudent’sout-schoollifeduringhis/herstudyinChina.Forresidentstudentatschool,Iwilltakefullresponsibilityfor
