1、综合干预对护工多重耐药菌防控措施执行力的影响袁培云陈爱民夏萍江苏省扬州五台山医院摘要：目的:探讨综合干预对老年科护工多重耐药菌（MultiDrugRcsistcntOrganisms,MDRO）预防与控制措施执行力的影响。方法:对老年科43名护工进行综合干预，主耍包括:建立完善的护工管理体系，明确工作内容和职责，进行职业培训和教育，分层督查和指导，制定MDRO防控流程图等，比较干预前后护工对MDRO医院感染基本知识的认知情况，MDRO医院感染预防与控制措施的执行力。结果:干预后护工MDRO基本知识得分及防控措施执行率明显高于干预前，差笄有统计学
