1、摘　要本论文主要包括建筑和结构两方面的设计，本设计选择的是一栋6层框架结构。建筑方面设计是根据眼睛是心灵的窗口的寓意，以人的眼睛为模板，使建筑平面形状像人的眼睛；建筑立面用边柱将其划分成竖向的线条，削弱了建筑横向较长给人的压抑感。设计过程遵循先建筑后结构再基础的顺序进行。建筑设计，依据建筑总体规划要求、建筑用地条件的环境特点，首先设计建筑平面，其次进行立面造型、剖面设计。建筑设计满足了使用功能和造型艺术的要求，并适应未来发展与灵活改造的需要。结构设计方面，密切联系建筑设计，以现行的有关规范为依据，本工

2、程采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系（横向承重），仅对前面主体选择了中间一榀横向框架进行计算，考虑抗震设防烈度7度进行了抗震计算。整个过程中包括了水平荷载、竖向荷载计算及其各内力计算和构件设计，对于竖向荷载作用采用弯矩二次分配法，水平荷载作用采用D值法，地震作用采用底部剪力法。设计计算整个过程中综合考虑了抗震要求、技术经济指标和施工工业化的要求。关键词：建筑设计；结构计算；抗震设计ABSTRACTThedesignofthethesisincludesarchitecturaldesignandstruc
