1、改良式电切术对高危良性前列腺增生的临床观察改良式电切术对高危良性前列腺增生的临床观察［摘要］目的探讨改良式电切术对高危良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年6月〜2013年6月间收治的80例高危良性前列腺增生患者作为观察对象，随机分为两组，对照组40例，使用传统的经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗，观察组40例，使用改良式的经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗，然后观察两组患者手术时间，术中出血量以及并发症发生情况，并进行比较分析。结果经过分析显示，观察组患者的手术时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组(P〈0・05),而两组在最大尿流率和残余尿量上相比(P>0.05)o同时，观察组的
