1、摘要汉语新词的滋生是许多前辈学者做过的一个古老的课题。可以说，自从古人开始注意“词儿”这个东西，就已经谈论词的滋生与繁衍了。本文采用共时和历时相结合的方法来讨论汉语新词的滋生问题，特别偏重于造词法的分析与阐释。本文分六章：第一章提出所要谈论的问题，总结研究现状，指出以往研究的不足之处；第二章着重谈论词的滋生条件，从人、社会、语言三个方面加以论述；第三章论及汉语初级阶段的造词法和滋生词，辨析相关概念，论述第一批词和滋生词的再生和繁衍，同时对滋生词的过渡阶段一复音词的产生作概括性的描述；第四章对滋生词的大量滋生阶段作较为详细的论议，以刘叔新先生的分类原则为
