1、汽车自动检测线计算机控制系统的研究摘要随着我国汽车工业的发展，汽车数量逐年增加。汽车已经成为当今主要的交通运输工具，它在给人类带来巨大效益的同时，也可能给人类带来巨大的灾难。汽车安全性能检测正是为经济建设提供基本的交通安全保障，它是车辆交通管理的主要工作。汽车检测线就是在这种背景下应运而生的专门用于检测汽车综合安全性能的检测系统。近年来，随着计算机技术应用到汽车检测系统中来，汽车检测线的自动化程度大大提高，它有效地提高了检测的速度和效率，并为汽车检测站提供了许多新的检测手段。本文对现有的汽车检测线计算机控制系统的工作方式以及各工位检测

2、设备的工作原理做了详细地分析，并且在此基础之上，结合现代测控技术和网络技术，建立了基于CAN总线技术和嵌入式系统技术的汽车检测线计算机控制系统的模型。该控制系统在总体结构上打破了传统的星型串行通信方式，采用流行的CAN总线结构。针对各检测项目的特点和工作方式，本文确定了汽车检测线的检测设备类型，规范了汽车检测线的布局，详细介绍了CAN总线工位节点的硬件设计和软件设计。整个系统布局更加合理，通信速率大大提高，对提高汽车的检测速度、精度以及实现方便、快捷的管理具有重要的理论意义和推广使用价值。关键词：汽车检测线；计算机控制系统；CAN总线
