3、saveenergy,reduceelectramagneticinterference(EMI)andradiationpollution,andenablethesustainabledeploymentofnewprofitableapplicationsandservicesinheterogeneouswirelessnetworkscoexistencereality,thispaperproposesacross-networkcooperationmechanismtoeffectivelysharenetworkresour

4、cesandinfrastructures,andthena-daptivelycontrolandmatchmulti-networkenergydistributioncharacteristicsaccordingtoactualuser/servicerequire-mentsindifferentgeographicareas.Someidleorlightly-loadedbasestations(BSorBSs)willbetemporallyturnedoffforsavingenergyandreducingEMI.Init
