1、变更使用条件的城市土地价值评价研究——以成都市为例人文地理学专业研究生：罗兰指导教IJili．周介铭摘要：城市土地使用条件与城市土地价值有着必然且紧密的联系。城市的发展与变化将对城市土地的使用条件带来改变，进而对变更使用条件的城市土地价值带来变化。中国的城市目前正处于高速发展阶段，城市土地的利用方式及其价值同样在产生着相应的变化。本次研究是在前人研究的基础上着重对城市土地在城市化进程背景下由使用条件变化所引发的价值变化进行研究，利用定量研究方法确定其价值量化的变化，利用定性研究方法建立指标体系和评价方法，并通过实证研究，验证了其有效性。本次研究成果主要有以下几方面：第一，构建了评价指标

2、模型；第二，采用了专家评分法确定各项指标值和权重；第三，采用模糊综合评价法对各项指标进行评价，并可得到较为客观的结果；第四，选择了具体的城市进行实例研究，有助于验证评价系统的有效性。总的来说，本次研究建立了一套评价体系，弥补了对变更使用条件的城市土地价值评价研究的不足。对该类城市土地价值的研究仍处于探索阶段，仍需要加强对评价方法等方面的研究，提高实用性。关键词：城市土地价值评价指标体系成都市Reasearchonurbanlandvalueevaluationwhenconditonofusechanged——takechengduforexampleMajor：HumanGerogr
