3、thereactionmechanism,operationrulesandaffectingfactorsofICreactorandconventionalactivatedsludgeprocess,thestart-upandoperationconditionofthemainprocessofIC+conventionalactivatedsludgemaizealcoholwastewaterweremainlystudied,whichprovidedasetprocesstreatingofempiricaldatafor

4、theapplicationofthecombinedprocessinthetreatmentforthiskndofwastewater.Inshort,thestudyresultshadcertaintheoreticalsignificanceandvalue.applicationnet、7l,oICreactors(recordedas1撑and2撑respectively)wereinoculatedwimdigestionflocsludgefromHuixianBaiquanWineryanddigestiongranu

5、larsludgefromMengzhouWinery,respectively.Becauseofthedifferentseedingsludge,twodifferentprogramsofstart-upforthetwoICreactorswereadopted,asshownbelow.ARefinoculatedwithseedingsludge,theICreactor(1勺hadbeensoakedbywaterforthreestages.Inthefirst4~5days,andthefollowingstart.up

6、processWasdividedintostage,feedingwastewateroflowCODconcentrationbelowabout3000mg/L;Inthesecondstage,increasingtheCODininfluentgraduallytotheconcentrationoftherawwastewater;Inthethirdstage,feedingtherawwastewater.IntermittentpulsefeedingmodeWasadoptedduringthewholeprocess.
