5、ngthestatusquoandmanagementintemporaryorganizations[39,8].Inthiscausalitiesofprojectknowledgemanagementinapaper,wehenceintroducethespecificproblemsofsampleofcompaniesfromdifferentindustriesandtoknowledgemanagementintemporaryorganizationsandidentifysuccessfactors.
6、Basedon27interviews,thepresentthecombinedresultsofanexploratorycurrentstatus,determinantsandgoodpracticesofqualitativestudyontheprevalence,theorganizationandeffectiveknowledgemanagementinprojectthesuccessfactorsofknowledgemanagementinandenvironmentsareidentified.
7、Thedeterminantsandbetweenprojectsaswellasthequantitativeresultsofagoodpracticescanbetracedbacktofourcategories:surveybasedstudy.cultural,organizational,structural,andprocess-relatedaspects.Theinterrelationsbetweentheseandprojectknowledgeeffectivenessandprojectsuc
