5、rbeauthorisedtosignthem.4AnnualReportandResourceAccounts(ECAC21/17)4.1CCHintroducedthepaper,commentingthattheperformancereportrelatingto2016-17(part1oftheAnnualReportandAccounts)hadbeenreviewedbytheBoardatitsMaymeeting,andcommentsmadebytheBoardwerethenincorporated.Thedocumentwassubstantially

6、complete,saveasmallnumberofofoutstandingissuesandpotentialconsequentialamendments,namely:ThePolicyDevelopmentGrant(PDG)AuditsneededtobecompletedandreviewedbytheNAO.AsaconsequenceoftheJune2017GeneralElection,someofthePDGauditshadbeeenpostponeduntilaftertheeelectionandthelastonewasscheduledfo

7、r23June,afterwhichitwouldneedtobewrittenupandconsideredbytheNAOItwasknownthatatleasttwopartieshadunder-claimedtheaamountsfortheirPDGallocation,andthefiguresintheaccountswouldbeadjustedtoreflectthatTheGovernanceStatementwouldbeupdatedtoincludearef
