2、mperature.ThiswillbeusefultoofferatheoreticalbasisfortheuseofI-MCPinpreservationofpakchoi.Theresultsshowedthat1.Duringstorageat25*Cor49C,SODactivitydecreasedatfirst,andincreasedsecondlyanddecreasedatlastinbothof‘shanghaiqing’and‘siyueman’.Theactivityo

3、fCATandPODincreasedatfirstandthendecreased.howevertheAPXactivitydecreasedgradually.I·MCPtreatmentinhibitedthedecreaseofSOD,CAT,APXandPODactivity.Theeffectof1BL/L1-MCPtreatmentoninhibitionofSODactivityreductionwassignificantlybetterthanthatofO.5uL/L1·M

4、CPtreatmentfP<0.05)at4℃.However,theireffectonCATactivityin‘Siyueman‘wasopposite.2.At25"Cor4。C,thetWOvarietiesofMDAcontent,theweight·lossrateandelectricalconductivityallshowedatrendofincrease.andtheirlevelsforstorageat4。Cwerelowerthanthatofstorageat25"

7、chlorophyllcontentforbothcultivarsDifferentconcentrationof1·MCPtreatmentshowednosignificantdifferenceofsolubleproteincontent.But1-MCPconcentrationhadinfluenceonthechlorophyllcontentof‘Shanghaiqing‘,butnoeffecton‘Siyueman’3.WhentreatedwithO.5UL/LI-MCPa
