2、etablesandtea.Inthispaper,toestablishtheMRLstandardofsafeusageofchlorpyrifosonchinsescabbage,itsresiduedeterminationanddegradationstudiesinchinsescabbageandsoilwereundertaken.Chlorpyrifosresidueinthesampleswasextractedbypetroleumetherandacetonmixedsolvent,furt
3、hercleanedupwithpetroleumetherbyliquid-liquidextraction,anddeterminedbyGCequippedwithaFPDdetector.Inthemethod,theaveragespikedrecoveriesatlevelsof0.02to0.50mg/kgwerefoundtobeintherange86.90%to89.70%,withtheRSD(relativestandarddeviations)ofvariationsfrom3.5%to6
4、.6%insoil;Inchinsescabbage,theaveragespikedrecoveriesatlevelsof0.02to1.00mg/kgwerefoundtobeintherange85.14%to100.2%,withtheRSD(relativestandarddeviations)ofvariationsfrom3.2%to8.4%.Thelimitofdetection(LOD)was2.7×10-11g,thelimitofquantification(LOQ)was0.02mg/kg
5、inchinesecabbageandsoil.Fromtheresultsitcouldbeconcludedthattheaccuracy,exactitudeandsensitivityofthismethodcanmeettherequirementsofpesticideresidueanalysis.Residualtrialof15%Abamectin-ChlorpyrifosECwereconductedinGuiyangofGuizhouprovinceandTaiyuanofShanxiprov
6、incein2008and2009.Theresultsofdetectionshowedthatthedegradationhalf-livesofchlorpyrifoswere4.4~5.5daysinchinesecabbageand1.6~2.6daysinsoilrespectively.Thefinalresidueslevelsofchlorpyrifosinchinesecabbageandsoilwererespectivelylessthan0.19mg/kgand0.02mg/kgafter
7、chlorpyrifosbeingapplicatedfor21days.Therewerepositiverelationshipbetweenresiduesandamountaswellastimes,andnegativerelationshipbetweenresiduesandthedaysfromlastapplicationtoharvest.Thefinalresiduesofchlorpyrifosinchinesecabbageandsoilwerelessthantheregulations
