3、icalindustry,andtousereasonableprocesscontroltechnologyandadvancedequipmenttomonitorcatalyticreformingprocessinrefineryisaneffectivemeans.Thispaperintroducesthetechnologicalprocessofcatalyticreformingunit,givingadetailedanalysisforunitrelationamongvariablesofthreebenzenedistillatio
4、n,puttingforwardtheimprovementschemefortechnologyproblemsofexistingunit,andtestthemodifiedandcontroleffectfortheunitwiththehelpofmodelpredictivecontrolalgorithm.Becausethreebenzenedistillationunitsisanonminimumphasesystemcharacteristicofinterferingwithcomplex,frequentdisturbance,an
5、ddifficulttocontrolandbuilddirectprocessmodel.Thispaperusepetrochemicalprocesscontrolalgorithm--DMCpredictivecontrolalgorithm,thealgorithmtakestheobjectunitstepresponseasprocessmodel,usetheforecast,rollingoptimizationandfeedbackcorrectiontoimplementoptimizationcontrolforcontrolobje
6、ct,solvesthecontradictionbetweenthefeedbackandoptimization,andrealizetheunionofopen-loopcontrolandclosed-loopcontrol,enhancestherobustnessofthesystem,andcanachievethereal-timesolutiontomatrixmodel.ThedatameasuredintheactualprocessissimulatedintheDMCplusenvironment,verifyingthevalid
