5、inedthedatabyquestionnairebasedon297employees.Thisarticleexaminedtheeffectonhumanresourcemanagementeffectivenessfromcorporatecultureandtheeffectonthemfromtheindividualcharacteristicsvariablesbyreliabilityandvaliditytesting,correlationanalysis,regressionanalysisandvarianceanalysis.Theres

6、ultsareasfollows:(1)Thereisasignificantcorrelationbetweencorporatecultureandhumanresourcemanagement.Differentcorporatecultureshaveimpactofdifferentdegreesonthevariousdimensionsofhumanresourcesmanagementeffectiveness.Clanculturehasagoodcontributiontothevariousdimensionsofhumanresourcesef
