2、ergyandmatefialconsumption,andpotentialSafetydanger.Atpresent,themethodsusedbYtheresearcherstomitigatefoulingandcorrosionfocusedonaddingchemicalinhibitorsintoWaterorcoatedtheSurfacesWithorganicCoatings.Buttheenvironmentalpollutionwascausedandthethermalresistancewasincreased
3、,furthermore,coatingswereeasytOdeterioratewitllageing.Therefore,furtherStudyWasnecessaryforfindingnewmethodsofanti-foulingandanti-corrosion.Researchshowedthattheadhesionoffoulingcouldbegreatlyaffectedbythesurfaceenergyofheattransfersurface,andtheattachmentoffoulingcouldbela
4、rgelyreducedwitllthedecreaseofsurfaceenergy.So,inthispaper,Si02thinfilmwiththemicronanometerthicknesswaspreparedoncoppersubstratesamplesbyLiquidPhaseDepositionmethodtoreducethesurfaceenergyforanti-foulingandanti—corrosionofgeothermalWaterinheatexchangers.TheeffectOfthinfilm
5、0ntheheattransferefficiencycouldbeneglected.Inaddition,WiththepropertiesofgoodCorrosionresistanceandabrasiveperformanceOfSi02thinfilm,theeffectofanti-corrosioncouldbereachedbesidesanti-fouling.Inthispaper,liquidphasedepositionrateofSi02thinfilmasafunctionoftheconcentrations
6、offluosilicate,boricacid,temperatureandtimewereinvestigated.Surfaceroughness,morphology,Composition,thicknessandSurfaceenergyweremeasuredandcharacterized,andoptimaldepositionconditionswereobtained.ThestaticSimulationfoulingexperimentWascarriedoutusingSupersaturatedCaC03solu
