2、照工程量清单自主报价，并按照经济评审低价中标的工程造价方式。随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展，工程量清单计价方式必将得到广泛的应用，工程量清单及编制也是招标人和投标人都应加以研究和解决的问题。本设计依据国标《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，对某住宅楼工程概预算采用工程量清单的计价方式，编制了分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表等内容。综合单价分析是工程量清单计价的重要内容，它综合了直接工程费、间接费、有关文件的综合调价、材料价差、利润、风险金、税金等费用。当工程量发生变更时，易于
