4、softhesecoatingswereevaluatedandtheirmicrostmctureevolutionduringoxidationwasstudied.ItshowedthattheVSIcoatinghadbetteroxidationresistancethanLSI.AcompactoxidescalewasformedontheVSIcoating,whichstronglysuppressedfur—theroxidationdamageduringthetesting.Thepooroxidationresistance

5、oftheLSIcoatingcouldbemainlyattributedtomicro.cracksandresidualsilicon.Keywords:zirconiumboride;compositematerials;oxidationresistancepropertiesWithexcellentthermalconductivity,highstrength,(CVD)andPackCementation.ZrB2-SiCcoatingcouldbenon—brittlefracturebehaviorand1owdensity,c
