3、AgreementPeriodRentalpriceperday(BeforeVAT)00-00-2014to00-00-201400-00-2014to00-00-2014ArticleTwoAgreementExtension2.1Bymutualunderstandingofthetwocontractingparties,thisagreementcouldbeextendedforfurtherperiod.Ashortamendmentmentioningthenewagreementdurationands

4、ignedbybothpartieswouldthenofficialtheextensionofthisagreement.ArticleThreeRentandPayment3.1BoththeLesseeandtheleaseragreedonadailyrentmentionedintheabovetableandthepaymentiswithoutfuel.ThepaymentwillbemadeonmonthlybasisaftertheleaserprovidedservicetotheLessee.Ar

5、ticleFourParties’obligation4.1Lessor’sObligations4.1.1TheLessorwillputatthedisposaloftheLesseetheabovementionedvehicleingoodworkingorderandinsafeconditiontogetherwithasuitablyqualifieddriver,thedesignateddriversneedstobeondutyfrom7:00amto18:30pm(frommorning1:00to

6、12:30localtime).IftheDesignateddriverisabsentfromhisdutytheLessorwillpay2daysrentpenalty.4.1.2TheresponsibilityofmeetingalllegalrequirementsofthevehiclesisthesoleresponsibilityoftheLessor.Thecostoflegalformalitieslike:Insurance,taxationandotherrelatedcostswillbem

7、etbytheLessor.TheLessoragreedthatonlyauthorizedpersonnel,materials,goodsorotheritemsauthorizedbytheLesseewillbetransported.4.1.3TheLesseehastherighttodeductsameamountofmoneyfromthepaymentformisconductsuchastheftintheconstructionsitebytheoperatorassignedfromtheLes

8、sor.4.1.4IntheeventbreakingdowntheLessorshallmakeallnecessaryarrangementsforareplacementofanothervehicletobeusedbythelesseewhiletheleasedvehicleisbeingrepaired
