1、高新区创新型人才成长的群体意识问题研究——以郑州国家高新区为例内容摘要本文以文献研究和实地研究相结合的方式，围绕高新区创新型人才成长和群体意识之间的关系，从社会学的视角重点阐述我国高新区创新型人才成长中的群体意识问题和改革的方向。本文对深入认识高新区创新型人才成长与群体意识之间的关系有一定的帮助，亦对培育我国高新区先进的群体意识有现实参考价值。首先，本文从高新区、创新型人才成长及群体意识的基本概念入手，用社会学的视角对其进行了新的描述和界定。其次，本文从新科技革命的背景下引出了高新区创新型人才成长的群体意识问题。笔者认为：新科技革命推动着创新型国家建设

2、；创新型国家建设依托着创新型园区建设及自主创新能力的提升；创新型人才成长有助于提高高新区的自主创新能力；群体意识是创新型人才成长的重要因素；先进的群体意识对创新型人才的成长具有促进作用等。再次，本文以郑州国家高新区为例，研究我国高新区创新型人才群体意识的现状及问题，并着重分析了我国高新区创新型人才群体意识问题的制约因素。最后，本文提出要培育有利于我国高新区创新型人才成长的群体意识，并从群体意识的引导、凝聚及融入路径等方面提出了若干建设性建议。关键词：高新区创新型人才群体意识硅谷高新区创新型人才成长的群体意识问题研究——以郑州国家高新区为仞Abstrac
