2、2年应征青年HBsAg阳性率分别为6．79％、5．67％、4．39％、2．90％、2．26％，阳性率呈逐年下降趋势，农村阳性率为5．17％，城镇阳性率为2．58％，农村高于城镇；A异常率分别为7．48％、10．14％、10．42％、16．11％、17．17％，异常率呈逐年上升趋势，且异常率HBsAg阴性组高于阳性组，脂肪肝组高于非脂肪肝组，差异有统计学意义。结论随着HBsAg感染的有效控制，脂肪肝对青年群体肝功能的影响日渐突出，需引起大家的高度重视。关键词：应征青年；乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原；阳性率；丙氨酸氨基转移酶；异常率中图分类号：R82一文献标识码：B文章编号：1004—8685(201
