2、-MB-435细胞株,并将其接种到裸鼠体内,以体外培养细胞和裸鼠体内原位异种移植瘤为标本,用RT-PCR法检测DARCmRNA的表达,同时在细胞涂片上,用抗Fy3单抗检测DARC的蛋白质水平。结果高转移潜能MDA-MB-435细胞的DARC表达显著性地低于低转移潜能MDA-MB-435细胞,并且在接种高转移潜能MDA-MB-435细胞而形成的裸鼠体内原位移植瘤中的DARC表达也显著性地低于低转移潜能MDA-MB-435细胞来源的移植瘤。结论本研究首次揭示趋化因子清除槽DARC的表达差异与人乳腺癌细胞的不同转移潜能有关,有望成为抑制乳腺
