3、pleaccess(OFDMA)downlinknetworkwithenergyharvestingbasestation(BS).Specifically,anenergyharvesterandaconstantenergysourceareusedforsupplyingtheenergyrequiredforsystemoperation.Inthispaper,tomaximizethelong-termsystemenergyefficiency,weformulatethemulti-
4、userwirelesstransmissionproblemasamultiuserMarkovdecisionprocess(MUMDP)byexplicitlymodelingthedynamicenergycollectioncharacteristicsandtime-varyingchannelconditions.Inordertoreducealgorithmcomplexity,weproposeanovelonlinelearningalgorithmbasedonMDPmodel
5、forpowerandsubcarrierallocation,tomaximizethelong-termenergyefficiency.Consideringfairnessamongusers,weproposeapowerandsubcarrierallocationmechanisminOFDMAdownlinknetworkwithenergyharvestingbasestationtoimprovethesystemoverallthroughputundertheproportio
