1、北京理工大学继续教育学院毕业论文摘要人力资源是企业最宝贵、最有创造力的资源，对人力资源的管理是企业生存和发展的根本，人力资源管理的战略性作用日益明显。企业文化是企业发展的灵魂，在企业管理中发挥重要的作用，企业文化对人力资源管理、对企业的生存发展至关重要，在企业的人力资源管理过程中，企业文化是影响人力资源管理成败的一个非常重要的因素。提升竞争力首先是个战略和结构的问题，一家企业的技术优势再强，如果没有好的发展战略、治理结构、组织结构和人才结构，也会面临发展方向的问题，这些关系到企业能否做大做强的问题。提升企业的核心竞争
