1、蚌埠卷烟厂设备管理研究摘要设备管理是烟草工业企业生产经营管理中不可缺少的重要组成部分，是保证设备高效率运行和提高企业经济效益的基础。蚌埠卷烟厂是烟草行业中一个历史悠久的企业，经过这么多年管理方面经验的积累，已经在设备管理上形成了自己的一套体系。虽说在过去，这套管理体系帮助蚌埠卷烟厂在全国烟草工业企业保持领先态势，但是时代在发展，各企业的管理水平也在突飞猛进。作为烟草行业过去的领先者由于未跟上时代的脚步，没有在科学管理上下功夫，设备管理工作已经渐渐得被甩在了后面，过去的管理方法早已阻碍了企业的进一步发展，改进设备管理方法迫在眉睫。本文先

2、介绍了设备管理的一些基本概念，接着又详细介绍了设备管理的发展历史，并对当前最先进的TPM设备管理理论做了具体的阐述。强调设备管理是对设备进行的综合管理，是一种全过程、全方位、全员参与的科学管理。然后，结合作者的工作实际，分析了蚌埠卷烟厂的设备管理现状和现行设备管理存在的问题。最后文章结合着TPM管理方法对蚌埠卷烟厂设备管理的理念、组织结构、设备前期管理、设备后期管理提出了相应的改进意见。关键词：设备管理；5S管理；TPM管理；蚌埠卷烟厂4StudyonEquipmentManagementofBengbuCigaretteFactor
