4、cevibrationandcontaminatioil。sotemperamrecontrolsystemwithmulti-closedloopsisdevelopedtocontrolthetemperatureinsidethePL,andtoisolatetheinfluenceofvibrationandcontamination.Ailewremoteindirect.temperature-control(RITC)methodisproposedinwhichcoolingwat

5、eriscirculatedtoperformindirect-temperature-controlofthePL.HeaterandcoolerembeddedtemperaturecontrolnniKTCU)isusedtoeonditionthetemperatureofthecoolingwatex,andtheTCUmustbekeptawayfromthePLsothattheinfluenceofvibrationandcontaminationcanbeavoided.Ausm

6、ulti-closedloopscontrolstructureincorporatinganinternalcascadecontrolstmcture(CCS)andanexternalparallelcascadecontrolstructure(PCCS)isdesignedtOpreventlargeinertia,multi-delay,andmulti-disturbanceoftheRITCsystem.Anonlinearproportional-integral(Pnalgor
