5、stment(I)Fullysupportgroupoperationofforeign-investedenterprises.Investmentcompaniesestablishedbyforeigninvestorsareencouragedtoapplyforestablishingenterprisegroups.Thenamesofenterprisegroupsareallowedtohaveabbreviations;theparentcompaniescanusesuchmarkas“group”or“(gro

6、up)”intheircompanynames;thenamesofsubsidiarycompaniescanbeprecededbythenamesofenterprisesgroupsortheabbreviations;joint-stockcompanies’namescanalsobeprecededbythenamesofenterprisegroupsortheabbreviationswiththeapprovalfromtheenterprisegroups.(II)Fullysupportcapitalincr

7、easeofforeign-investedenterpriseswithcreditors’rights.Activelyresearchadministrativemeasuresforcapitalcontributionwithcredit,andstandardizetheproceduresofcapitalcontribution.Conscientiouslydoagoodjobinthemodificationregistrationofwaysofcapitalcontributionsofforeign-inv

8、estedenterprises.Upontheregistrationofforeignexchangeandapprovalfromtheapprovalauthorities,greateffortsshouldbemadeto
