3、liedtodrivemultipleelementsincompactphotonicintegrationatthesametime.Twotofour-portmicrodiskswithtransversemagneticandelectricpolarizationsareinvestigatedbasedonfinitedifferencetimedomainsimulationandpadéapproximation.Modesfilteringofcouplingportsarev
4、erifiedbythecalculatedmodequalityfactors(Q)whicharedecidedbythematchingofcouplingportswiththeenergydensitydistributionofcorrespondingmodes.Singlemodelasingoperationofsemiconductormicrodiskwithguidedemissionsispossiblyrealizedbyselectivelypumping.©2011
