6、某一特定工作岗位相互交流信息为目的、以判断求职者是否符合此职位的会谈过程。面试是面试官评估求职者是否符合岗位要求的至关重要的甄选方法,决定着组织能否成功吸引并甄选到合适人员。不过,由于众多的面试官欠缺进行面试前的准备工作,未能进行有效的面试前准备,导致面试评估欠缺针对性和可靠性,无法有效招聘到合适组织的人选。因此,作为面试官,应有计划地进行面试前的准备工作,以有效开展面试活动,提升面试的针对性和有效性,增加甄选的准确度。一、确定面试的目的通常而言,进行一次面试,主要有以下方面的目的:(1)选择人才;(2)吸引人才;(3)收集有关求职者能做什么的信息;(4)收集有关求职者愿意做什么的信息

7、;(5)向求职者提供组织的相关信息;(6)检查求职者对应聘职位的匹配程度。明确的面试目的可有效帮助面试官有针对性的开展面试,而不会漫无目的提问与面试无关的问题,从而达到提升面试效率的目的。二、明确对空缺职位的绩效预期作为面试官,你对空缺职位的绩效期望是什么?你希望求职者在未来的工作中有怎么样的表现?为达成这样的表现,求职者会在未来的工作中遇到怎么样的障碍和挑战?要克服这些障碍和挑战,他必须要具备如何的能力和才能呢?通过这一系列的追问,我们会对要
