3、rtainmultipledelays.ThisisappliedtothesetofmodelsthatcanbefactorizedintoarationalMIMOmodelinserieswithleft/rightdiagonal(multiple)delaymatrices.Necessaryandsufficientconditionsontheplant’smodeltoachievethisfactorizationareproved.Thisfactorizedstructureisinstrumentalforthestructuredrobustnessanaly
