3、rofparkingspacestobeprovidedforvarioususes;andb)Theminimumdimensionsofsuchparkingspaces,circulationaisle,accessrampsandotherdetailsonthearrangementoftheparkingplaceandspaces.c)Theconditions,includingpaymentofmoney,underwhichtheLandTransportAuthority(LTA)maygran

4、tawaiverontheparkingprovision.InusingtheinformationinthisCOP,usersshouldalwaysmakereferencetotheRules.TheAuthorityreservestherighttoimposeconditionsonindividualdevelopmentproposalnotcoveredintheCOP,onacase-by-casebasis.__________________________________________

6、ndisthelayoutoftheparkingplace.Thefirstprincipleencapsulatesthepolicyofself-sufficiencyinparkingsupply.Eachdevelopmentmustprovideadequateparkingspacestomeetitsownparkingdemand.However,theRulesstipulateaminimumprovisionstandardtoprovidedevelopmentstheflexibility

7、ofprovidingadditionalparkingspacesiftheneedisestablished.QPsmustbalancetheoftenconflictingrequirementsforthedifferentusesinthebuildingspaceinordertobothservetheprimaryeconomicactivitiesofthedevelopmentandmeettheparkingneedsofoccupiers,tenantsandcustomers.Thesec
