1、国际工程管理实务与翻译(07)作业1.投标人应在完全熟悉投标范围内工程质量监理特征和要求的基础上，提出配备必要的自备仪器设备并说明其规格、性能、进场时间等,要求至少有电脑（须上INTERNET宽带）、固定电话、打印机、数码相机、钢尺、游标卡尺、水准仪、经纬仪、回弹仪，甲方提供办公场所，乙方自行解决食宿、电话、上网费等。2.从确保实现监理目标的角度出发，通过对本工程及其管理体系的了解与分析，结合投标人多年在监理工作中的经验、教训，就工程管理、质量控制、进度控制、投资控制及优化设计等各方面提出合理化建议，并列出由于采纳这些建议，从而在质量、进度、投资等各

2、方面所产生的效益。4.2　PerformancesecurityTheContractorshallensurethatthePerformanceSecurityisvalidandenforceableuntiltheContractorhasexecutedandcompletedtheWorksandremediedanydefects.IfthetermsofthePerformanceSecurityspecifyitsexpirydate,andtheContractorhasnotbecomeentitledtoreceivetheP

3、erformanceCertificatebythedate28dayspriortotheexpirydate,theContractorshallextendthevalidityofthePerformanceSecurityuntiltheWorkshavebeencompletedandanydefectshavebeenremedied.TheEmployershallnotmakeaclaimunderthePerformanceSecurity,exceptforamountstowhichtheEmployerisentitledu

4、ndertheContractintheeventof:（a）failurebytheContractortoextendthevalidityofthePerformanceSecurityasdescribedintheprecedingparagraph,inwhicheventtheEmployermayclaimthefullamountofthePerformanceSecurity,（b）failurebytheContractortopaytheEmployeranamountdue,aseitheragreedbytheContra

5、ctorordeterminedunderSub-clause2.5[Employer’sClaims]orClause20[Claims,DisputesandArbitration],within42daysafterthisagreementordetermination,（c）failurebytheContractortoremedyadefaultwithin42daysafterreceivingtheEmployer’snoticerequiringthedefaulttoberemedied,or（d）circumstanceswh

6、ichentitletheEmployertoterminationunderSub-Clause15.2[TerminationbyEmployer],irrespectiveofwhethernoticeofterminationhasbeengiven.TheEmployershallindemnifyandholdtheContractorharmlessagainstandfromalldamages,lossesandexpenses(includinglegalfeesandexpenses)resultingfromaclaimund
