3、nismsdeterminedbyduringscanningintervalofhandover,associationisaninitialasetofQoSparametersthatquantifythetransmission.TakingrangingprocedurewhichenablestheMStoacquireandrecordfivetypesofschedulingservicesintoconsideration,UGSrangingandserviceparametersofneighborin

4、gBSs.But,in(UnsolicitedGrantedScheduling),rtPS(Real-TimePollingIEEE802.16e,thereisnocompletehandoveralgorithmforScheduling),ertPS(ExtendedReal-TimePollingScheduling),schedulingservices.What’more,MDHO,FBSS,andthreenrtPS(Non-Real-TimePollingScheduling)andBE(BestEffor

5、t),levelsofassociationsareallindividualsubsystemsinsteadofthispaperanalyzesfivetypesofhandovermechanisms.Anditanintegratedhandoveralgorithm.Especiallythetradeoff,proposesanimprovedhandoveralgorithmbydynamicallybetweentrafficrequirementanddelaycharacteristicofselect

6、inganoptimalhandovermechanismfordifferenthandover,hasnotbeenfocusedon.Thus,ahigh-efficientschedulingservices,whichminimizesthetrafficrequirementofhandoverprocesswithguaranteeddelayperformance.Analysishandoveralgorithmbasedonschedulingservicesshouldberesultsshowthat
