Q / GDW 2 0 3— 2 0 0 8 I 目次 前言···································································································································································II 1范围 ····························································································································································· 1 2规范性引用文件·········································································································································· 1 3术语和定义·················································································································································· 2 4电气部分······················································································································································ 2 5土建部分···················································································································································· 10 6水工部分···················································································································································· 16 7消防部分···················································································································································· 16 8水土保持和环境保护································································································································ 16 9劳动安全卫生············································································································································ 17 本标准用词说明·············································································································································· 18 附录 A配电装置通用断面图 ······················································································································ 19 Q / GDW 2 0 3— 2 0 0 8 II 前言 为贯彻国家电网公司“集团化运作、集约化发展、精益化管理、标准化建设”要求,进一步推广应 用和深化完善输变电工程通用设计,在国家电网公司 110kV 变电站通用设计基础上提炼、总结,编制 《110kV 变电站通用设计规范》 。 本标准的主要内容包括:110kV 户外、户内和半地下变电站通用设计。 110kV 变电站设计除应执行本标准外,尚应严格执行强制性国家标准和行业标准,应符合现行的国 家、行业有关标准的规定。按照有利于公司技术进步,有利于电网安全、优质、经济运行和提高整体经 济效益开展设计。应积极采用先进成熟新技术,突出变电站工业化设施的核心功能,推广应用有利于资 源节约、环境友好的新设计、新技术、新设备、新材料。 本标准由国家电网公司基建部提出并负责解释。 本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口管理。 本标准起草单位:上海电力设计院有限公司、中国电力工程顾问集团公司、北京电力设计院、陕西 省电力设计院、安徽省电力设计院、聊城电力设计院有限公司 本标准主要起草人:唐宏德、方静、王静、陈志蓉、曾健、袁兆祥、叶军、杨然静、许万军、魏奕、 毛建勤、吴培红、韩永兴、王志毅、姚秦生、张岩 Q / GDW 2 0 3— 2 0 0 8 1 110kV 变电站通用设计规范 1范围 本标准适用于国家电网公司系统内新建常规 110kV 变电站设计。对于扩建、改建的 110kV 变电站 设计可参照执行。 本标准规定了常规 110kV 变电站电力系统、电气一次、电气二次、土建、水工、消防、暖通等部分 的设计技术要求。 本标准不涉及系统继电保护及安全自动装置、系统调度自动化、系统通信、站内通信等专业的具体 内容,在实际工程中,以上部分内容应按照国家电网公司输变电工程通用设计(110~500kV 变电站二 次系统部分)进行设计。 常规 110kV 变电站采用户外 AIS、户内 GIS、半地下 GIS 三种布置型式。户内 GIS 和半地下 GIS 方案适用于人口密度高,土地昂贵的地区;外界条件限制,站址选择困难区域;严重大气污染地区。 2规范性引用文件 下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的 修改(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是 否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。 GB 11032交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器 GB 14285继电保护和安全自动装置技术规程 GB 311.1高压输变电设备的绝缘配合 GB 50011建筑抗震设计规范 GB 5001
