天津职业技术师范大学Tianjin University of Technology and Education毕业论文专 业: 自动化班级学号: 自0903学生姓名: 阿路 指导教师: XXX 讲师二O—三年六月天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计仓库温湿度自动控制系统设计研究Research on automatic control system design ofwarehouse temperature and humidity专业班级:自动化0903学生姓名:阿路指导教师:XXX讲师学 院:自动化与电气工程学院2013年6月木文设计的仓库口动控制系统针对的是马铃薯储存仓库要求。仓库是用于存放物 品的场所,通风以及温度、湿度的监测是仓库重要条件,尤其对于马铃薯的仓库温湿 度要求更为严格,它直接影响到马铃薯的品质和储存时间。现实生活小,温、湿度的 测量和控制也广泛应用于纺织工业、林业、化工以及气象观测等领域。传统的温、湿 度测量方法采用的是通过测试器材人工进行检测,这种人工测试方法费时费力,因而 有必要研制仓库的自动温、湿度控制系统,以便实时检测仓库的温、湿度,并根据所 测的数据控制加湿器、空调器等设备的运行,确保马铃薯仓库有合适的温、湿度环境。木控制系统使用的硬件设备是S7-200PLC对仓库温湿度采用PID控制。使用上位 机、下位机作为系统的软件部分。上位机软件主要用作控制系统的远距离监控并且显 示仓库内的温度和湿度等数据,同时在线修改实时控制参数,实时监控仓库内的温湿 度。卜?位机系统软件主耍设计梯形图的控制系统程序。木控制系统满足了马铃薯的储 存控制的要求,较好地实现了温度和湿度的检测和控制调节。而且,本控制系统操作 简单,工作稳定可靠,应用前景广泛。关键词:马铃薯;温度;湿度;P1D控制;可编程逻辑控制器ABSTRACTIn this paper, the design of automatic control system of the warehouse is for potato storage requirements. Warehouse is used to store the goods place, monitoring of ventilation and temperature, humidity is an important condition for the warehouse, warehouse temperature and humidity potato requirements more stringent, it directly affects the quality and storage time of potato. In real life, the measurement and control of temperature, humidity is also widely used in the field of textile industry, forestry, chemical and meteorological observation. The temperature, humidity of the traditional measurement method is through the test equipment of artificial detection, this kind of manual test method is time-consuming and laborious, automatic temperature, humidity control system, so it is necessary to develop the warehouse, in order to temperature, humidity real-time detection of warehouse, and according to the measured data control humidifier, air conditioners and other equipment operation, ensure that the potato storage temperature, humidity environment right.Using the control system hardware is S7-200PLC using PID to control the warehouse temperature and humidity. The software part of the warehouse control system using the monitoring software of host computer and slave computer user software. The upper computer software is the role of temperature and humidity control, warehouse remote system real-time data and history data can be displayed, on?line real-time control parameter modification, to achieve real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the warehouse. The program of control system software mainly the trapezoid diagram. This control system has met the requirements of the storage and control of potato, can realize the detection and control of temperature and humidity regulation?
