2、)FOREWORDTheITU-T(TelecommunicationStandardizationSector)isapermanentorganoftheInternationalTelecommunicationUnion(ITU).TheITU-Tisresponsibleforstudyingtechnical,operatingandtariffquestionsandissuingRecommen-dationsonthemwithaviewtostandardizingtelecommunicationsonaworldwidebasis.
