3、evitabletoinvolvepersonalviewsinclass.Becauseteacherscannotalwaysrecitebooks.Theyneedtoanalyzecasesandissues.Soduringthatprocesspersonalattitudeisaddedtotheclasseventeachersarenotawareofit.Bycontrast,itisdefinitelyinappropriateandunnecessaryforaprofessorinmathematical
4、classtomentionhisorherpoliticalorsocialideas,astheyareoutofthescopeoftheirwork.StudentsmustfinditawkwardtohearalecturerinphysicsclasstotalkaboutObama'srecentmedicalpolicies.Besides,teachers'personalteachingmethodalsomakesadifference,becausesometeachersareusedtoguiding
5、studentsbyofferingrealexamplesinthesociety.Sotheircommentsonthoseeventsmayinescapablyinvolvepersonalviews.Onthecontrary,otherteachersarelikelytofollowregularacademicteachingstylesuchastestingstudents'abilitytomemorizetheknowledgeintextbooks.Thustheydonotneedtoaddpriva
6、teviewpointsconcerningsocialorpoliticalissuestotheirclasses.Finally,theeducationalbackgroundofthecountryalsoplaysasignificantroleinthisdebate.Ifciviliansfullyenjoythefreedomofspeechinthatcountry,teachersdonotneedtoworryabouttalkingrealisticsocialorpoliticalproblems.Ho
7、wever,ifthesituationisquitethereverse,teacherswillfinditbettertoavoidpersonalideas.Forinstance,inChina,thefreedomofspeechislargelylimited.Teachersgetwarningsorevendismissediftheyfrequentlytalkaboutsensitivesocialorpoliticalissues.Onthecontrary,Idonotthinkthiskindofthi
