2、IIMakingandAcceptingaDonationChapterIIIUseandControlofPropertydonatedChapterIVPreferentialMeasuresChapterVLegalResponsibilityChapterVISupplementaryProvisionsChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1ThisLawisenactedforthepurposeofencouragingdonating,regulatingthemakingandacceptingofadonation,protecting

3、thelawfulrightsandinterestsofthedonor,doneeandbeneficiaryandpromotingthedevelopmentofpublicwelfareundertakings.Article2ThisLawshallbeapplicablewhereanynaturalperson,legalpersonororganization,forthebenefitofpublicwelfare,voluntarilydonatespropertygratistoanylegallyformedcommunitypublicwelfareor

4、ganizationornonprofitpublicwelfareinstitution.Article3ForpurposesofthisLaw,theterm"publicwelfare"includesthefollowingnonprofitactivities:(1)activitiesbycommunitygroupsorindividualsindisasterrelieforpovertyrelief,oringivingassistancetothedisabled;(2)educational,scientific,cultural,publichealtha
