6、ineindustryworldwide.Inthisstudy,wecarriedoutthefirstdetection,sequencingandcharacterizationofthisvirusinMexico.Weanalyzed885rectalsamplesbymultiplexRT-PCRtodeterminecoinfections.Inaddition,theSpikegenewasamplified,Articlesequencedandanalyzedphylogenetically.Wefound85positives
7、amplesforporcinedeltacoronavirus,representing9.6%ofthetotalsamples,andwedeterminedthatthemostfrequentcoinfectionwaswithporcineepidemicdiarrheavirus(54.1%).FoursequencesofMexicanisolatesweremostcloselyrelatedtothoseoftheUnitedStates.Theantigenicregionsandtheglycosylationsiteoft
