1、中文摘要本文立足于百姓生活中的实际问题,采用抽样调查的方法针对人们购房心理变化问题设计了两期调查问卷,并分别于2011年6月、12月进行了两期网络调查,前期调查共收回有效问卷414份,二期调查收回有效问卷211份.通过对被调查者闻卷数据的整理刑用列联表独立性检验方法,得出消费者的个体特征与对目前国内房价看法不相关,消费者的个体特征与对未来一年内国内房价看法不相关,消费者的个体特征(除性别外)与国家宏观调控房价的看法不相关的结论.并且得出房贷、现居住状况、个人年收入均与计划购房时间显著相关的结论.将问卷题项合
