1、探讨高低频联合彩超在妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用庆安县中医医院152400【摘要】目的:研究分析高低频联合彩超在妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓诊断过程中的作用。方法:此次研究的对象是选取笔者所在医院2010年1月・2015年12月因妇科疾病收治接受盆腔手术后发现下肢胀痛的35例患者。将其临床资料进行冋顾性分析,术后使用高频彩超和高低频联合彩超检查下肢深静脉,观察有无血栓形成、位置、范围、内部回声特点。结果:30例顺利进行了下肢深静脉高频彩超检查,另外5例由于下肢高度水肿,高频彩超显示不清,改为联合低频彩超检查,高
2、频彩超的病例检出率80.0%,高低频联合彩超的病例检出率91.4%,对于血栓累计节段的范围比较,高频彩超对于血栓发生节段检出数68节段,而高低频联合彩超检出数97节段,高于单纯只用高频彩超,高频彩超节段检出率16.2%,高低频联合彩超节段检出率23.1%。结论:将高频和低频彩超联合应用于妇科盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓的诊断中,尤其下肢较为水肿的患者,具有比单纯只用高频彩超更高的诊断检出率,可克服高频超声由于穿透力不足无法检查的问题,可明显提高血栓的检出率,更准确地评估血栓累计的范围,是一种更高效的检查方法,可在临床中推广
