1、两种桩核修复上颌前牙残根残冠的临床比较两种桩核修复上颌前牙残根残冠的临床比较［摘耍］目的：通过临床随访对比金属桩和玻璃纤维桩对上颌前牙残根、残冠的临床治疗效果。方法：患者170例（195颗）上颌残根、残冠，先行完善根管治疗，若有牙龈覆盖，再行牙龈切除术。根据桩核材料的不同将研究分为玻璃纤维桩树脂核（120颗）和金属铸造桩核组（75颗）两组，修复结束后分别在第1、3、6、12、18、24个月复诊，通过临床肉眼观察和X线片检查，记录有无桩冠松脱、桩折断、牙根折断。结果:经纤维桩修复的前牙修复体固位和稳定良好，

2、未发现折裂和松动，烤瓷冠边缘密合，牙龈无色素沉着，牙周情况良好，根尖周无病变。然而经金属桩修复后的前牙修复体在随访过程中有4颗牙齿发生根折，2例桩核松动脱落，9颗牙齿牙龈边缘出现色素沉着，其余修复效果良好。结论：玻璃纤维桩树脂核不易折断和松动，造成根折的发生率明显低于铸造桩核，且美学效果好，患者满意度高，是金属桩核良好的替代品。［关键词］纤维桩；金属桩；口腔修复［中图分类号1R783［文献标识码M［文章编号11008-6455（2012）05-0835-02Clinicalcomparisonoftwok
