1、静脉液体给氧治疗感染性疾病合并严重低氧血症一附11例临床观察报告何清'许诚'王松I崔建军I段刚[叶涛生'周伯平'杨大国'赵连三2通讯作者本项目受深圳市科技局科研基金资助。1深圳市东湖医院2四川大学华西医院感染病中心人类疾病工物治疗教育部重点实验室摘要目的探讨纠止传染性非典型性肺炎及英他感染病患者严重低氧血症的新疗法。方法将氧气以高浓度溶解在當规输液用的液体内,制备成为高氧液(P02二80〜lOOKpa),通过静脉输注高氧液的方式进行输氧,対6例传染性非典型性肺炎,3例艾滋病,2例败血症,每日静脉输注高氧输液500-700ml,疗程1-7日。结果在静脉输注高氧液20分钟至4小时后,11例患
2、者的低氧血症均逐渐恢复止當。结论传染性非典型性肺炎及其他感染性疾病患者的低氧血症,常规气道供氧有吋难以奏效;静脉液体给氧技术直接为组织供氧,为机体开辟了第二条供氧的途径,能够迅速提高血氧分床,可作为感染性疾病严重低氧血症的综合治疗措施尤其是静脉液体给氧技术绕过了传染性非典型性肺炎患者肺泡弥散功能的障碍,有助于此类患者的抢救。关键词高氧液、治疗、SARS、艾滋病TheStudyofOxygen-enrichedLiquidinfusionUsedforCorrectingSevereHypoxemiaofinfectiousdiseases—WithaPilotClinicalStudyR
