2、Ucitedthereasonsfortheunderstandingofthetradeimbalance,andthenbycomparingthesimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenthetwosidesunderstandingonbilateraltradeimbalancesweremoreobjectiveandcomprehensiveanalysis.Onthisbasis,andfromtheimpactoftradeimbalancebetweenthetwosideshadin-depthanalysisofChinaandt
3、heEUshouldputforwardarationallookatthelasttradeimbalances,andactivelymakemutuallybeneficialconcessions.Atthesametime,thetwosidesshouldalsobeastrategicpartnerfromtheheightofviewonthisissue,shouldnothavebecauseofanxiousfortheintensificationofthetwosidesintheconflictonthisissueandpoisonedthegood
4、atmosphereofbilateraltrade,effortstogetthisissuetotheadverseeffectsofbilateraleconomicandtraderelationsreducedtoaminimum.Inthenewcentury,withtherapiddevelopmentofChina-EUtrade,EUtradedeficitwithChinaincreasedrapidlyfrom2001risingto5.17billionU.S.dollarsin2007,134.23billionU.S.dollars,anaverag
5、eannualgrowthratereached59.3%.Which,2002-2005growthhasbeenmaintainedatabout90%.Althoughthe2006,2007,theEUtradedeficitwithChinaincreasedsignificantlylower,only30.7%and46.4%,butduetolargebase(in2005theEUtradedeficitwithChinaof70.12billionU.S.dollars),whichistwoyears,theEUtradewithChinadeficitin
6、creasedby21.54billionU.S.dollarsand42.57billionU.S.dollars.EuropeanUnionstatisticsevenmoreshocking.In2005,theEU'stradedeficitwithChinaof1085billioneuros(134.97billionU.S.dollars),evenmorethanChina's2007statistics,a34.23billionU.S.dollars.SerioustradeimbalancegreatlystimulatedtheEuropeanUniono
