2、边缘形成液相,增加了晶粒问浸润性,晶粒间位置重排并接触,品界滑移加快,促使材料致密化,晶界体积分数降低;总电导牢和晶界电导率因晶界电阻减少而提高。600℃时,NDC的r,和Gr分别为6.42~10一和2.03x10S·cm~,加入MoO后材料的提高约1.5倍,r,提高约4倍。MoO3是NDC体系理想的烧结助剂。关键词:固体电解质;掺钕氧化铈;晶界电导率;烧结助剂中图分类号:O614.33文献标识码:A文章编号:1001—4861(2010)01—0091—05EfectsofMoO3·DopantontheMicrostructureandElectricalConductivityof

6、inthevolumefractionofgrainboundary.Thetotalandgrainboundaryconductivityincreasesduetothedecreasingofthegrainboundaryresistance.ItshowsthatthesolutionCea8NdoOl9.2dopedwithMoO3wasdetectedtobewiththehigherconductivity(t=6.42x10-3S·cm~,O'gb:2.03x10S·cm一at600℃),whichismoreorlessonepointfivetimesof(r1a
