3、sseenfromtheinvestigationandreasons,inrecentyears,publicservants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageoftheparty
4、andtheGovernment,underminingtherelationshipbetweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingupandeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthas
5、dueofbinding,rightisgreaterthanrules,andrightisgreaterthanmethodofphenomenonmorehighlight;IIisinpositionsconsumptionintheCameraObscuraoperation,usingterms,willpositionsconsumptionintohaspersonalconsumption,willcorporatepointstointopersonalpointsto,makespositionsconsump
6、tioninsomeaspectshasintopositionsenjoyandself-dealingofmeans;threeistopositionsconsumptionforname,fraud,falseimpersonator,Trendofnegativecorruptionphenomenasuchascorruptionandmisappropriation;fourpalaces,followthefashion,rivalries,wasteful,andpostconsumptionbecameasymb
