1、持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果观察［摘耍］目的探讨持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象为方便选取2014年2月一2016年1月该院所收治的75例糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者，将收治的患者随机分为常规组和持续健康教育组。常规组行常规健康教育；持续健康教育组施行持续健康教育。比较两组患者①对护理服务的满意度；②用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、血糖监测知识评分；③血糖达标率、视力恢复率。结果①持续健康教育组患者对护理服务的满意度显著比常规组高，P<0.05,差异有统计学意义；②持续健康教育组用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、
2、血糖监测知识评分显著比常规组好，卩<0.05,差界有统计学意义；③持续健康教育组血糖达标率、视力恢复率显著比常规组高，P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果确切，可有效提高患者对用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、血糖监测知识的掌握情况，并自觉提高自身健康行为，促进血糖达标和视力恢复，患者对护理服务满意，值得推广。［关键词］持续健康教育；糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者；应用效果［中图分类号］R473.77［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2016)10(b)-0162-03[Abstract]Objecti
