2、法】以桂糖2l号(GT21)和新台糖22号(ROC22)甘蔗品种为材料，利用营养液培养法，研究不同pH值下甘蔗幼苗生长和生理特性的变化。【结果】在pH4．5—7．5范围内的培养液对甘蔗幼苗的生长和发育不会产生显著的不良影响，而在pH6．0时两个甘蔗品种幼苗株高最高，叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量最高，而相对电导率、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量最低，表明在此pH值下甘蔗蔗株各种生理代谢高度协调。【结论】甘蔗生长的pH值适应范围较广，pH6．0为甘蔗幼苗生长的最适P}l值。关键词：甘蔗；幼苗；pH值；生长；生理特性中图分类号：S566．101文
