3、ustmentmaincentre.Increasethedeadspace,breathebecomedeeperandfaster.Theresistanceofrespiratoryincrease,thenthetractionforceofRespiratorymuscleincrease,theexcitedofmusclespindleIncrease,reachthecentralbyafferentnerve,then,thetractionofrespiratorymuscleisenhanced.Therefore,respiratorymovementi
4、senhanced.IncreasetheconcentrationoftheCO2gasinhalation,respiratorymovementisbecomingdeeperandfaster.Therearetwowaystoachieve.First,theCO2inbloodthroughtheblood-brainbarrierwiththehelpoftheCAinCSF,theconcentrationofH+increase(CO2+H2O→H2CO3→HCO3-+H+↑,H+roleofreceptorsintherespiratorycenterdir
5、ectly,therespiratorycenterexcitability,throughtheefferentnervesandrespiratorymusclefunction,respirationmovementincrease.Second,theelevatedCO2inbloodroleofthecarotidbodyandaorticbodychemoreceptorperipheral,incomerespiratorycenter,therespiratorycenterexcised,respirationmovementincrease.Hypoxia
6、leadstherespiratorymovementdeeperandfaster.TheCO2ingasinhalationdecreasemakestheCO2inblooddecrease,then,respirationmovementincreasethroughthetwowayswitchismentioned.However,hypoxiacaninhibitthecentralnervous,sohypoxiamainlyaffectsperipheral.Vagusnerve,anafferentnerveofstretchingreflexoflung,
7、throughtheinhibitionofcentralinspiratoryneuronsintimetoadjustthedepthandfrequencyofbreathing.Cutoffonesideofthevagusnerve,inspiratoryisextendedandthefrequencyisslowdown.Atthattime,thereceptorofstretchingreflexoflungcan’ttakethestimulationtotherespi
