5、ratiosandtrendswerecalculatedandanalyzed．Results：During1988—2007，gastriccardiaccancerworldage—adjustedincidencerateinCixianCountyofHebeiProvincewas47．74timethanthatofZhongshanCityinCanton，whichwere23．87／10and0．50／10respectively，bothshowedobviouslyincreasingtrendsin1988—2007especiallyforCixianCounty

6、．Moreover，incidentnumberofsexratioinZhongshanwashigherthanthatofCixian．Conclusion：Althoughincreasingincidenttrendshadbeenseeninbothare—as，obviouslygastriccardiaccancerincidentdifferenceexistedbetweenareaswithhighandlowesophagealcancerin—cidence．ItsincidencerateinCixianwithhighesophagealcancerincide
